Programmed dissociation

A structured alter-system characteristic of MKULTRA-class survivors and SRA generational survivors, in which the personality is deliberately fragmented through severe early trauma into discrete functional identities accessible by handlers through specific named triggers. Distinct from ordinary post-traumatic dissociation in having internal organisational architecture — host, protectors, sexual alters, suicidal alters, memory holders — rather than unstructured identity disturbance. The clinical signature of programmed dissociation, as such, is itself diagnostic of program-class trauma in dissociative-disorder patients.
