Presidio case

The 1986–89 investigation by the US Army Criminal Investigation Command and the San Francisco Police Department into allegations of child sexual abuse at the Presidio Army daycare centre. More than sixty children testified to ritual abuse on the base; Michael Aquino was identified by children in CID video lineups. He was never charged. Army CID closed its investigation with no findings against him, the San Francisco District Attorney declined to file charges, and his security clearance was retained. The case has been recirculated extensively in conspiracy literature; the disciplined documentary statement is that investigations occurred and no charges were filed.
